Cannot upload to Holter Assistant

 Problem

Cannot Upload recorded Holter into Holter assistant | Cannot see the device in Holter Assistant when plugging into the PC/Laptop.

Solution

1. Ensure the device is not recording - if the heart symbol is showing a flashing green light every 4-5 seconds then hold down the power button to stop the recording.
2. Ensure USB is securely plugged into the PC.
3. Check with local IT to see if the USB ports have been blocked.
